Empowering Nakawa’s Future Through Education

Jowennah Hope Foundation donated scholastic materials to underprivileged children in Nakawa Parish, Nakawa Division. Over 100 children aged 5-17, from baby class to senior four, benefited. Items donated included exercise books, school bags, geometry sets, pens, pencils, and other related materials. Before the handover, the Foundation's team leaders, together with the Deputy Speaker of the Division Urban Council, Rt. Hon. Jalia Nalubwama, counseled the children and their parents. They encouraged them to study hard despite hardships, emphasizing that education is the key to lifting the poor to rub shoulders with the affluent .
